www.mycompany.com, www.rajexports.com). You can build your free personal website through the easy-to-use
Rediff Homepages, or you can point your domain to any other destination on the web.
• Your Company Name in your email address. Show your clients and customers that you are
a professional organization.
• Multiple Email Addresses. With Rediffmail Pro you can have 5 email addresses for you and your
team (e.g. sales@rajexports.com, admin@rajexports.com, ajay@rajexports.com etc).
You get all 5 email addresses for just Rs. 1499 per year.
• Get POP3 Access. Rediffmail Pro also comes with POP3 access so you can use your access your mails offline
too, using Outlook or Eudora email clients.
• Virus scanning. The inbuilt virus scanner scans every attachment in your mailbox for known viruses, uncovering
any virus threat and cleaning up infected attachments.
• Message filters. Manage your e-mails better by pre-defining your mailbox, where all the mails containing a
particular word or line will be automatically sent to a folder.
• Storage Space. Each email address has 6 MB of storage space.
• Web Based Access. Your Rediffmail Pro account can be accessed from any web browser. You can login
by visiting http://www.rediffmailpro.com and entering your email address and password.
• Secure Login. Rediffmail Pro uses a secure, encrypted login to protect your businesses' privacy.
• Address Book Import. If you have an address book in another email account (like Yahoo and so on) or
in an email program (like Outlook Express and so on), you can conveniently import it into your Rediffmail
Pro Account.
• Get other (POP) Mail. You can get mail from your other email accounts (e.g. VSNL, Yahoo and so on) in
your Rediffmail Pro mailbox.
Premium Facilities:
• Additional Email Addresses. You can buy more email addresses (in multiples of 5 email addresses).
5 Email Addresses cost Rs. 500 per year and each email address has 6 MB of storage space.
• Extra Storage Space. You can buy extra storage (in multiples of 5 MB). 5 MB of extra storage
costs Rs. 100 per year.
