Warranty

This product is under 30 day conditional* money back warranty.

1. Warranty stands void in case the product is physically damaged once the product has been delivered. Please check the product at the time of delivery. In case of any physical damage to the product, please call our customer service numbers.
2. Water logging and damage due to high voltage are not covered under the warranty.
3. The adaptor is not covered under warranty.
4. The rechargeable battery is covered under replacement warranty for the first 7 days of usage.

• Batteries are consumables and their life vary as per individual usage.
• Please not that new batteries have to be charged for at least 10 hours for the first time (only) before usage.
• Over charging batteries damage the handset, battery and the base unit.
• Please use proper battery care.
